Louis Robles is a Composer, Audio Engineer, and Technical Audio Consultant based in Los Angeles, California. A vocalist and classically trained pianist since the age of 7, Louis has developed into a dynamic composer that aims to merge his classical foundations and deep interests in synthesis and electronic music with the sounds and influences of his U.S. Virgin Islands roots and the greater Caribbean music culture. Louis released his first EP Imagined Spaces in 2017 and is currently preparing his 2025 follow up Beginnings for release. He most recently co-composed the music for The Trapper, a live action short film adaptation of the hit video game "Dead by Daylight", which received the Best Horror Award for July 2023 at the Los Angeles Film Awards and currently hovers at just over half a million views on YouTube. In 2021 he scored the short film Number One, an official selection at the FirstGlance Film Festival Philadelphia.
While working as a media composer, Louis has spent the last decade working between live sound, experiential production, and post-production sound, contributing his unique blend of skills to installations and events with HBO, Netflix, OUE ltd., and Taco Bell, and supporting the production of shows such as "A Tale Dark and Grimm", Marvel’s "Spidey and His Amazing Friends", and the video game "God of War: Ragnarok". A veteran at advanced digital audio routing and design and an early initiate to Dolby Atmos workflows, Louis holds a variety of technical certifications and has experience designing and building several commercial studio spaces between Los Angeles, California and Dallas, Texas.
